Mental Health Evaluations
Mental health evaluations at Community Mental Health Clinic are a gentle first step when you know something is wrong but you are not sure what to call it. During this visit, we sit down together and talk through your symptoms, daily routines, medical history, family patterns, and the stressors you are carrying right now.
We look at anxiety, depression, attention and focus, mood changes, sleep, and how all of this is affecting work, school, and relationships. There are no trick questions and no pressure to "have it all together." You can pause, think, or get emotional-it is all welcome.
By the end of the evaluation, you leave with a clearer understanding of what may be going on, supportive education in plain language, and practical recommendations for next steps. That might include counseling, psychiatric assessment, medication options, lifestyle changes, or a mix of approaches. Our goal is to offer clarity, not labels, and to help you feel less alone and more informed about your mental health.
